Reality TV star Kassia has spoken about unexpected challenges she faced at the start of 2026, including the resignation of her entire staff shortly before the New Year.
In a post shared on X, Kassia reflected on the setbacks, describing them as challenges she did not experience throughout 2025. Despite the situation, she said she remains focused on growth and personal development.
She also expressed gratitude for the overwhelming interest from individuals seeking to work with her, revealing that she received over 100 direct messages from people applying to join her team.
However, Kassia clarified that she is not currently recruiting, explaining that her immediate priority is restructuring her team, KXB, to establish a more effective and sustainable operational framework before onboarding new members.
According to her, the restructuring process is aimed at building a stronger system that will support future growth and long-term success.
Reflecting on the situation, Kassia said she is trusting God’s plan and views the recent events as preparation for greater opportunities ahead.
“2026 just started, and I’ve already faced challenges I didn’t experience all through 2025, including all my staff resigning just before the New Year. Still, I’m choosing to reflect and trust God’s process,” she wrote.
“I know these moments are shaping me for something greater. I’ve received over 100 DMs from people interested in working with me. Thank you so much for your interest. At the moment, I’m not hiring. I’m restructuring and setting up a stronger system for KXB before bringing anyone on board,” she added.
