Heirs Insurance Group has launched the Heirs Insurance Retirement Dream Competition, an initiative aimed at empowering retirees and pre-retirees across Nigeria with grants to help them achieve their post-retirement goals.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, the company revealed that the competition will feature a ₦5 million prize pool. It is open to Nigerians aged 50 to 75 who are retired or nearing retirement and have previously engaged in paid employment.
To participate, applicants must submit a one-minute video describing a dream or project that will enhance their retirement life. According to the statement, three winners will emerge: the first-place winner will receive ₦2.5 million, the second-place winner ₦1.5 million, and the third-place winner ₦1 million.
Entries can be submitted via the company’s website, www.heirsinsurancegroup.com/retireesclub, between August 6 and September 12. The winners will be announced in October.
The company noted that the competition forms part of a broader initiative under the newly launched Heirs Insurance Retirees Club, a platform designed to connect retirees, provide expert guidance on health and financial wellness, and improve their overall quality of life.
