An Area Court in Jos on Wednesday, dissolved the marriage between one Luka Istifanus and his wife, Grace following abandonment of the wife.
In granting the divorce prayer sought by Istifanus, the court presided over by Justice Shawomi Bokkos also gave the custody of the children to Istafanus.
The petitioner had earlier said he was at the court to seek the dissolution of the marriage to the respondent and to have custody of his children.
Earlier, before the divorce was granted, the petitioner, told the court that they got married in 2006.
The father of four, said his wife eloped from home.
