Group Vows to Rally Members for APC Membership Drive

The Tinubu/Dikko Assured (TDA) political movement has announced plans to actively mobilise its members to support the ongoing All Progressives Congress (APC) membership card renewal and new registration exercise in Katsina Local Government Area of Katsina State.

The group’s State Coordinator, Ibrahim Khalil-Aminu, made the commitment on behalf of the Chairman, Umar Ahmed-Zayyad, during the presentation of a N6 million donation to the APC structure in the area.

He explained that the donation and mobilisation drive were aimed at strengthening the party’s grassroots presence and ensuring a hitch-free registration process.

Khalil-Aminu called on existing party members and intending registrants to fully participate in the exercise, describing it as crucial to the party’s future success.

According to him, the APC remains well-positioned to provide effective leadership and drive sustainable national development.

He further reaffirmed the movement’s readiness to continue supporting APC programmes and initiatives across the state.

Speaking while receiving the donation, former Deputy Governor of Katsina State, Mannir Yakubu, expressed appreciation to the TDA for its support.

Yakubu, who was represented by the Commissioner for Water Resources, Dr Bishir Gambo-Saulawa, assured that party leaders and stakeholders in the area would intensify efforts to ensure the smooth implementation of the registration exercise.

The APC recently launched a nationwide electronic membership registration and revalidation programme as part of preparations to strengthen its database ahead of future electoral activities.
