The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has called on residents of Osun State who have yet to collect their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) to make use of the ongoing Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise to claim them.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, the commission’s Public Affairs Officer in the state, Mr. Musa Olurode, revealed that 360,794 PVCs were still awaiting collection.
He explained that the cards are available at INEC offices across the 30 local government areas of the state as well as the area office in Modakeke, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. daily.
Olurode further advised residents who had not previously registered to take the opportunity to do so, cautioning that multiple registration remains prohibited.
